Pleased to participate in a productive discussion during the 20th UAE Ambassadors Forum, where we focused on regional developments, the importance of safeguarding security and freedom of navigation in international waterways, opportunities in the next phase, and the role of diplomacy in building strategic partnerships. The discussions reinforced that resilience has become a cornerstone of national and economic strategies. It cannot be built through individual efforts alone, but through strong and enduring partnerships between countries and sectors. In this regard, diplomacy plays a critical role as a key enabler of resilient supply chains, economic security, and energy security.

Thank you to @AnwarGargash and @TdeMontbrial for convening the inaugural Paris Dialogue, underscoring the strength of the UAE🇦🇪 and France 🇫🇷 relationship. One important lesson that came through clearly is this: energy security and economic security are not just connected… they are inseparable.

At the launch of the @MoIATUAE Industrialists Initiative in 2023, we set an ambitious goal to create more than 5,000 employment and training opportunities for UAE nationals by 2027. Thanks to the vision, support, and encouragement of our leadership, I am pleased to announce that we have exceeded this target ahead of schedule, delivering more than 5,000 opportunities through the support and commitment of our industrial partners. More than 1000 of these opportunities were generated through the Make it in the Emirates 2026 platform alone. This achievement sends a clear message: investing in Emirati talent delivers tangible results. Our national workforce remains our most valuable asset, and empowering our people is fundamental to building a strong industrial base, enhancing the UAE’s competitiveness, and supporting sustainable economic growth. #MakeItInTheEmirates
