when in reality, it’s change, debate, and community governance happening in real time
having a dedicated place in discord where people can discuss cardano governance without the rage bait, engagement farming, and ego stroking

Clarity Act could change how institutions and funds interact with Cardano.
The Clarity Act doesn’t just help fast track ETF launches and allow for more structured products to launch. It could also make it easier for institutions (the aggresive players seeking higher yield and involvement) to buy ADA directly, stake it and participate in Cardano DeFi without constant legal fear or scrutiny.

Cardano $ADA completes the 6-month CME futures criteria for a standalone ETF this August. 🇺🇸
This condition was added under the new ETF listing rules, introduced last year.
Grayscale's application is still pending, potential deadline for approval would be around end of October.
