1. Incredible news out of Colorado for trans people: EVERY anti-trans initiative has failed to gain the required signatures to appear on the ballot.
Their failure was spread to a sparsely attended press conference of less than five people.

In 2022, the ACLU of Missouri sued the Independence School District for their policy of automatically removing books after receiving a complaint. Yesterday the Eighth Circuit heard our appeal on standing to challenge that the policy does violate the students' 1A rights.
