My favourite answer was from our Growth strategist, who said it depends on the level of experience and developed skills you have to be able to work in such a remote environment with distractions. Younger people may find it more difficult.
We work in this industry every day, and even I wasn't ready for how fast this shift is happening.
We used to say AI would handle the "boring stuff." Now it's handling the creative stuff too.
