A big fat nothingburger
It’s literally just an imaging artifact caused by the design of the camera/lens.
it’s a mirror lens…a Cassegrain-type folded catadioptric system that uses multiple mirrors as the “lens” system to capture the image.
What you’re seeing is caused by the cross-shaped “spider-support”, which holds the second, smaller mirror in the center of the optical path. That obstruction in the optical path shows up as artifacts in certain situations, such as where a bright light causes lens flare.
