It's my 5th anniversary of day 1 of my first Dev job, and I can't believe how time flew by! It's been very rewarding and it has changed my life in so many ways. I'm so glad I decided to start. So for anyone wondering "is it too late", no! Just start now.

Why I don't use Scrum to manage my Remote Teams? TL;DR: It adds at least 8 hours of meetings per Sprint. That's 2 full days of lost productivity, per team member, per month! This is what I do instead ๐Ÿ‘‡
