Justice restored! Public Act 285, the repeal of Michigan’s drug immunity law, takes effect today. Thanks to this repeal, drug manufacturers are no longer shielded from accountability for their harmful or defective products.

Today, Governor Gretchen Whitmer signed SB 410 into law, finally repealing Michigan's 1995 drug immunity shield. Signing this law restores access to justice for Michiganders and holds drug manufacturers accountable when they make harmful products.
