Dear academics, I am looking for #postdoctoral positions in the #water field. My major field is about modeling #hydrological variables using brand-new time series models and data-driven techniques. I am open to work remotely or in your office. Please help me find the right team.

Day 3 #CYHScovidConf we are talking about science lessons learned. Since lockdown I have learned how important lab mates and lab culture are to me!! Science is so collaborative and I miss being able to roll my chair over and ask unending questions to my office mates.

I think one of the hardest parts of lockdown is that it isn't a lockdown on everything. My lab mates have achieved AMAZING things since March but we haven't been able to celebrate them in the same way. A virtual goodbye in a lab meeting is not the same when someone graduates.

I missed day 1 of #CYHScovidCONF but my officemate/cat is quite a distraction and seems to like meetings. I have managed this distraction by trapping her on paper.

She can be sneaky, and sometimes she steals my water (by dipping her paw into it and licking it off).

Innovative Home Science: I have small bits of Sphagnum drying in my dehydrator! It takes up a lot less space and energy than an oven. #CYHScovidCONF

My latest. I've been struggling to find the words to describe how it feels to attend a University whose employees weaponize whiteness against Black people in their everyday lives while working in a unit that's intended to support BIPOC byblacks.com/main-menu-mobil…

Visited @MacGregorPoint last week for biking and hiking around some cool wetlands! @BrandoVanHuizen and I also spent a lot of time watching this tiny trutle try to eat a sedge.
