Rather than chapter Qs & summaries, invite Ss to prepare THOUGHT LOGS. Their notebook uses a two-page spread to showcase their thinking through a novel. What and meaningful and engaging way for Ss to generate thoughts and ideas in response to what they have read. #KitGal2019LDSB

This book is never on our library shelf. It moves from one student’s hands to another. It‘s finally in my hands & now I understand. It was so relatable for intermediate Ss & taught me so much I didn’t understand about OCD. Thx @WesleyTKing for sharing yours & Daniel’s stories
