The existence of James Talarico is another example of Dem fundraising tied to the plot of The Producers. They generate more national fundraising for an absurd losing candidate in Texas than they do for a legitimate one in a state with an actual shot at winning.

Meanwhile, Williamson County, which is also split with Memphis just sits and smiles about it all. Why, because one of the counties actually votes. The other, lets the census give it the same power with fewer actual voters.
