BREAKING: Judge Gildea continues hearing on disgraced ex-state cop Michael Proctor's no-show at this a.m.'s scheduled depostion unti 4:15 p.m. He's giving Proctor's lawyer a chance to file more "documentation," as it were, of his client's alleged problems that made him decide to take it on the lam from the depo 2 months after it was scheduled. Bottom line: Proctor seems to be getting away with it, yet again. Because he feels entitled as a crooked cop with a low IQ and no morals whatsoever. Damon Seligson, Karen Read's attorney, asked that the judge compel Proctor to reimburse Read for the costs of Proctor blowing off the depo, including Alan Jackson's expenses for flying in from LA. Judge seemed to think Read should have given the monstrous fiend Proctor notice before she put a rocket in his pocket with the XXX-rated texts the day before he decided to take it on the lam & run away from his duties. Dealing with this kind of Canton vermin must be as frustrating for Read's team as it is for Trump to deal with the Iranian savages.
