On Sunday February 23 , a frantic mother called 911 after her 12 day old infant stopped breathing. PC Ralph Reloza responded immediately, before paramedics & performed CPR , saving the child’s life! @TorontoPolice @TPSMyronDemkiw @tpsJohnson
