This morning, I addressed the @CommsZA Strategic Planning Session bringing together the senior leadership of the Department and our entities to focus on formulating impactful, credible and measurable targets for the 2026/27 annual performance plan. Our work is anchored on priorities such as expanding connectivity and digital infrastructure, accelerating digital inclusion and digital skills, strengthening governance and stabilising entities, and enabling investment and competition in the sector. We are driving an evidence based, measurable Annual Performance Plan focused on delivery, accountability and tangible outcomes for South Africans.
