Unexpected… Non-Ischemic VT ablation. VT LAT showed LAF/LPF BO. CS moved to visualize HBE and showed HIS CL changes before V CL changes. Entrained from LA, mapped RB potentials with #HDGrid. 1burn and non-inducible. @AbbottCardio #EPeeps #VTablation #BBRVT @GDandamudiMD
