Think about it. Congress creates a Bitcoin Reserve, closes the Federal Reserve, and passes an exchange rate of $100M per 1 bitcoin according to ArtI.S8.C5.1.
So dumb. 370,000 BTC pays off $37T national debt. Our kids inherit a debt-free country that runs on unprintable money.
Stupid. Debt is freedom, obviously.

Gary Gensler says that the SEC is weighing rules for Payment for Order Flow.
I've heard rumors this might only be focused on disclosure and not mandating material price improvement for off-exchange execution.
Let's see what the SEC comes out with, but disclosure won't fix this.
