Exemptions - Don't Take No For An Answer! When faced with collecting information pertaining to yourself and the protection of the public, do not take no for an answer. Exemption 6 is a standard provision of the federal Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) under 5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(6). It applies universally to all federal agencies within the executive branch of the United States government. This exemption protects personal privacy by allowing any agency to withhold "personnel and medical files and similar files" if disclosing them would cause a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Because FOIA is a single, government-wide statute, every federal agency uses the exact same nine statutory exemptions to withhold records. The 9 Federal FOIA Exemptions Exemption 1 — National Security: Protects properly classified information concerning national defense and foreign policy. Exemption 2 — Internal Agency Rules: Covers records related solely to the internal personnel rules and practices of an agency. Exemption 3 — Statutorily Exempted: Protects information that is explicitly prohibited from disclosure by other federal laws. Exemption 4 — Trade Secrets: Safeguards commercial, financial, or trade secret information that is privileged or confidential. Exemption 5 — Privileged Communications: Protects internal and inter-agency communications, including deliberative process, attorney-work product, and attorney-client privileges. Exemption 6 — Personal Privacy: Protects personnel, medical, and similar files to prevent an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Exemption 7 — Law Enforcement: Protects records compiled for law enforcement purposes, split into six sub-categories (7A through 7F) to prevent interference with active trials, protect confidential sources, or shield personal privacy in investigations. Exemption 8 — Financial Institutions: Protects information used by agencies responsible for the regulation or supervision of financial institutions. Exemption 9 — Geological Data: Protects geological and geophysical information, including maps and data concerning oil, gas, or water wells. Strategic Steps to Challenge a Denial Meet the Deadline: Submit your written appeal within the timeframe specified in your denial letter (often 90 days). Request "Segregable" Portions: Under FOIA, agencies must release any parts of a document that are not exempt, even if other parts are redacted. Explicitly demand that the agency review the records to ensure they haven't withheld entire pages when only a name or SSN could have been redacted. Challenge the "Foreseeable Harm" Standard: Per the FOIA Improvement Act of 2016, agencies can only withhold information if they can prove that disclosure would reasonably foreseeably harm an interest protected by an exemption. Argue that the agency failed to demonstrate this specific harm. Leverage the Public Interest Balancing Test: For Exemption 6 (privacy), the agency must weigh the individual's privacy against the public interest in knowing how the government operates. Argue that the records "shed light" on agency misconduct or core operations. Use Mediation Services: If the appeal is denied, you can request free mediation from the Office of Government Information Services (OGIS) to resolve the dispute without a lawsuit. Common Counter-Arguments by Exemption If they cite Exemption 5 (Deliberative Process): The records reflect final decisions or policy implementations, not just pre-decisional discussions. If they cite Exemption 6 (Privacy): The information is already in the public domain, or the individuals are high-ranking officials with diminished privacy rights; or, in matters of neurotechnology oversight, public interest in accountability for potential non-consensual human experimentation does NOT outweigh Privacy Concerns (but GROK said it does! - That is concerning!!! - proofread everything) If they cite Exemption 7 (Law Enforcement): The investigation is closed, or the agency has not shown how release would interfere with active proceedings. Scientists Reveal mRNA Shots May Trigger Cancer For the first time in modern history, a U.S. Senate committee convened a scientific inquiry into whether COVID mRNA injections are causing cancer. @SenRonJohnson called it to order. The HighWire streamed it live. The hearing, titled "Plausible Mechanisms of Covid-19 Injections Causing Cancer and Attacks on Scientific Publications and Research," brought researchers and physicians to the table with direct clinical and epidemiological evidence. Testimony described a surgeon who noticed six melanoma patients, all stable for years, relapsing within six weeks of each other in early 2022, with a recent booster shot as the common factor. Late-stage colorectal cancer presenting in patients in their 20s, 30s, and 40s was also documented, with at least a dozen mechanisms identified by which mRNA can insert into DNA and activate oncogenes, including suppression of the tumor-suppressor networks the body uses to keep developing cancers in check. Great post. I happen to think that the real time brain wave reading/ alteration was happening in the 2000s at the very least as in 2007 there was a huge ramping up of my targeting and my thoughts as I recall were being altered in real time (full #mindcontrol)
