Paint is not repair. The condition of the park clearly needed proper maintenance, but #Jaipur Nagar Nigam (Mansarover) has chosen to simply paint over the walls instead of fixing the underlying problems. Public money deserves quality work not cosmetic touch-ups. @GreaterNagar
