A new article from us, @ozlemyedier @Tbo_Lab and @Tamer_Onder at @cddpress. We describe a focused sgRNA library targeting epigenetic modifiers and name it “EPIKOL”. EPIKOL has great potential to identify novel cancer-specific epigenetic vulnerabilities.
