Next month in Berkshire there will be a GIS Teach Meet.
On Monday 24 November, Jake Tomsett and Martin Sutton will be speaking at Waingels School, Woodley, Berkshire and will be looking at using GIS to enhance the learning and teaching of geography.
All abilities are welcome and there will be practical takeaway ideas to use in your lessons.

What a perfect day to see this post! Spent the day with year 8 at the @UniofReading, the home of the climate stripes. Thank you @TeachGeogs and his trainees for hosting us and leading excellent fieldwork. Thanks for the bag too!
Then a really fun session about connecting with trees with @TeachGeogs lots of great ideas around fieldwork with trees - lots I hadnβt thought about before and now excited to get outside and practice the techniques! 3/N
