1) 90% of eligible votes from each district - in a country where Internet penetration is less than 70%?
2) Analysis how? Surveys?
3) "Brighouse Data Analytics Center" doesn't even show up on a Google search.

Hence our virtual Colombo. It takes some hardware to run, but you don't have to be a professional UDA designer to tinker with the roads and explore all sorts of ideas for the city.
