Hey @XenonPSD, might want to try "Disk Cleanup" wizard first, choose to clean old System State. Don't worry, it'll keep recent.

Grace, have you tried Win10 Reset feature? You don't need restore point for those. Get a fresh start.
Have my 8 years old TC1100 with Win8RP, it is using 53%mem and CPU is optimal. Something is screwing your setup.
