@TSBBCare, @TataSky horrible customer service, they dont mind me switching to another provider. Swapped my secondary box to primary bcos primary stopped working and channels dropped off and no help.paid annually and paying more now.. bad service
@TataSky As of now till your exectuives gives only fake commitments.He told me on 2nd december that ur query will be solved on 4 december before 5 pm
But now after asking the same to ur team , they r saying that it will took more 48-72 hours , r u joking ..
@TataSky Dear team, whats the problem with u guys I have logded my complaint with tata sky team on 2nd December , but no one from ur team is responding to the my concern. As of till now just fake commitments given by ur executives.
@TataSky really pathetic service i want cancel connection nd refund my amount but representative said we vl gv only amout if u hv balace that refund security amount nt possible bcz guideline change this is totally fraud
