the questions now are usually about whether the system understands, i) their workflow, ii) integrates with their existing tools, and iii) gets better as it is used.
It matches historical pattern of how tech markets evolve. (2)

The underlying (generally most hyped) capability eventually becomes abundant and value shifts elsewhere. This ‘elsewhere’ for agentic systems I believe are i) workflows, ii) integrations and iii) proprietary data loops.
