Huge thanks to @jtrgolf11881 @StephanieMantle and @BUFFYMCLAUGHLI4. These Hollenbeck teachers spent the night on the school roof after students raised over $25,000 completing hundreds of acts of kindness. The teachers, the students, staff, and PTO went ABOVE and beyond! @FrancisHowell #OneHowell

Is a college degree still worth it? Absolutely! Though it is not a guarantee, a study of 5.8 million graduates from 2009-2021 shows that earning a degree still provides a solid return on investment compared to a HS diploma. fordhaminstitute.org/ohio/co…

Not quite totality like it was in 2017, but this was still pretty cool at ⁦@FrancisHowell⁩! This time I got to see crescent shadows, which I didn’t even look for the last time.

This is spot on. I was exhausted at the end of the day. One benefit, though, is that after a while you are no longer nervous about public speaking.
Acting is tough... However, teaching is like putting on 6 improv shows a day, where the audience talks and constantly interrupts you to use the bathroom and asks unrelated questions, and the audience has to pass a test at the end to ensure that they were paying attention.

When you burn people out, you push them out. Stars are the first to leave—they have the most opportunities. The solution is not to pile on the perks. It’s to pinpoint the root causes of overload and design more manageable jobs. If you want to keep people, stop exhausting them.
