Winner of #AmericanIdol is @AmericanIdol with a new, streamlined season filled with talent, not torturous auditions. Live voting, and two contestants gone per week gave Idol a reboot. The person crowned “winner” is classic Idol, with others in the group shining far brighter.

I called Ticketmaster, willingly, on a Friday. I know none of the hold music, thanks to wxpn. Currently, it sounds Brittany-like repeating a chorus of “We vibe-n.” This can’t end well.

The vibe is catchy. I never heard “vibing” used in this context, nor do I believe it’s a word, but it’s growing on me. I will explain to my fan support rep they should mix in a little Margo Price or Courtney Barnett.
