This was a bit of a passion project... 🧐 Trying to share all the random things I do with #RStats. This was made using the raw data from the NCI and visualized with plotly and rmarkdown. The photo doesn't do it justice. Check out the interactive elements on the actual site.

Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (CTCAE) has 26 categories for 837 terms, and 3,185 options when you account for Grade 1 to 5 🤯! I wanted to be able to interactively visualize CTCAE so I some wrote code 🧑💻 @TheCodingDocs
