NEW: New York City teen arrested after he body slammed a girl before stomping on her head because she didn't give him her number.
The 15-year-old girl was seen trying to avoid the thug in East Harlem as he pushed her, harassed her, and assaulted her.
The 14-year-old thug was later arrested and charged with assault.
The girl was sent to the hospital. She suffered a concussion and is in stable condition.
Never let this freak out of prison.

Sheridan Gorman's own student newspaper has issued an apology -- for calling the criminal foreigner who murdered her an "illegal immigrant" instead of a "resident."
"That language does not align with Associated Press style, nor does it align with the values of this newspaper. No human’s existence is illegal, and we quickly changed our wording to reflect that. We acknowledge the harm such language can cause."
