Good question, and unfortunately, we don't have a definitive answer. It would be irresponsible for us to point at the US-Iranian negotiations and suggest "this is that" in reference to the "covenant with death." More broadly, the current talks fit into the larger campaign for Mideast Peace deals that the Trump Admin is working to achieve prior to Trump leaving office in Jan, 2029. But we would look closer to Israel for that particular fulfillment, specifically, as it relates to Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Syria, and a deal involving Jordan (which controls religious activity in East Jerusalem) to allow for Levitical sacrifices to resume on the Temple Mount. The negotiations with Iran could accelerate that process, and whatever the outcome of the war, the Iranian regime has to at least be pacified enough for Israel to become a "land recovering from war." All that to say, we don't know how it's going to happen, but we know it will, and likely soon.
I'm seeing this potential agreement as a foreshadow to the strong covenant with many as written in Daniel 9. The odiousness of the IRGC are bringing geopolitical alignments that I would have never thought possible.
