The irony is almost unbelievable. For years, some conservatives warned that Obama would turn the White House into a celebrity playground, politicize every institution, and treat it like his personal brand. He didnโ€™t. Now thereโ€™s a UFC event on the White House grounds, corporate sponsorships everywhere, and a cage fight being used as a presidential spectacle. Trump did to the White House what his critics feared. The joke wrote itself.

There's a lot of speculation in the air right now. We are not going to spend energy chasing it when we have a calendar full of calls with carriers and partners that are paying customers of this Network. We are spending our time building tangible things. What's real is the millions of people using this Network every day and carriers running traffic through hotspots deployed from community. What's also real is our expansion beyond coverage into a new intelligence layer carriers have been asking for. I came to @helium because it's building the thing carriers need right now and can't build for themselves, and that demand is only getting stronger. The proposal we published resources this next era, including operations through this transition, in a public on-chain vault with hardcoded limits and community oversight. Every outflow is observable. Anything else is hearsay. We're not slowing down. We're accelerating. Our next live Q&A is coming next week, details soon. Keep the questions coming. We are here for it.

The telco buildout is slowing. The need for connectivity isn't. Helium's people-powered network is meeting demand more efficiently, more affordably, at scale. The gap is the opportunity. Read more ๐Ÿ‘‡ blog.helium.com/helium-risesโ€ฆ

Wi-Fi Offload Market (Catalyst #1) 6G bill is coming while 5G is still being paid - North America operators spent $300B in 5G CAPEX between 2020-2025 - In 2022 telco spent 26.9% of their revenue in telco infrastructure capex. In 2024 that spend dropped to 22.9%. The trend is downwards YoY - Based on data traffic growth, the 6G infrastructure CAPEX ramp is supposed to start in 2040 with an initial $30B and a 37.6% CAGR - Why? $100kโ€“$500k per 5G base station, and 6G's higher bands reach shorter, so it needs more of them. There is a gap: the 6G bill arrives while 5G monetization still lags The solution: an asset-light, offloaded capacity, aka Wi-Fi offload @helium is inevitable

Carriers are pulling back on infrastructure spend. But demand for mobile coverage is not slowing down. The Helium Network was created for exactly this moment: real connectivity, without massive capex. Mile-High Wi-Fi in Denver is the perfect example of the Helium model in action. The IT firm helps businesses address common connectivity problems: terrible indoor cell coverage, an unreliable guest network, and dead zones staff just works around. Then they convince those businesses to put their existing Wi-Fi to work on the Helium Network. Now, Mile-High operates ~200 locations with Helium Plus and 20 Hotspots deployed across Denver. No carrier rollout. No massive infrastructure deal. Just a local IT firm solving real connectivity problems and growing the Helium Network one venue at a time. Tomorrow weโ€™re going live at 9am PT / 12pm ET with some big updates for the Helium Network. Wireless is a trillion dollar industry that struggles to keep up with today's data demands and density. Helium Mobile proved that a consumer carrier service could run on a people-built network and bring affordable connectivity to the masses. Now that the consumer carrier has a great new home with Noble Mobile, we're fully focused on the bigger opportunity: the Helium Network. Carrier adoption is growing with millions of people using the Helium Network every day. We're building a real-time intelligence platform legacy providers don't have. And we're expanding globally. The next era starts here. Join us tomorrow to hear more. x.com/i/spaces/1RJjppMdyeZKwโ€ฆ

Breaking into telco is hard. Getting people to switch phone plans is harder. @helium_mobile was built on the belief that affordable connectivity is possible, and we're incredibly grateful for all of the subscribers who proved we weren't alone. Which led us to today's news. Excited to share Helium Mobile has been acquired by @AndrewYang's @joinnoblemobile. Same mission, better together. This is just the start of the telco shakeup. fortune.com/2026/06/02/andreโ€ฆ

Congrats @helium_mobile and @joinnoblemobile ๐Ÿ™Œ! This is the Helium Network doing exactly what it was built to do: using people-powered infrastructure to make connectivity more affordable and accessible for everyone. And with Helium Mobile and Noble Mobile now joining forces, there's a lot more that can be accomplished together than either could alone. This is just the beginning. We'll have more exciting Helium Network updates to share in the coming days. Stay tuned.
๐Ÿšจ Big news: Helium Mobile has been acquired by @andrewyang's @joinnoblemobile Noble Mobile shares our core belief that connectivity should be affordable and accessible for every American. By joining forces, we can deliver on that promise for more people than either of us could alone, with an unrelenting commitment to putting money back in your pocket. As part of the deal, Noble Mobile will also use the Helium Network, expanding coverage for all of its subscribers across the US. Current Helium Mobile subscribers: your phone number and service aren't going anywhere. We've built this transition to be seamless, with the same nationwide 5G and Helium Network coverage you experience today. Full details: blog.heliummobile.com/noble
