Brilliant photo especially when you note the subway construction , great spot! Also it’s before the Lowfields was truncated for the 4th floodlight in the SE corner. You can just make out the old lights on top of the Lowfields roof whilst the 3 behemoths stand proud. #lufc
Elland Road sometime around 1974/75 with the new South Stand built. Top left of the picture can be seen the Lowfields Subway has been constructed before the motorway it self has been built.

Everyone appears to have woken up to the fact the Mestalla is a stunner. Here’s my two penn’orth for what it’s worth. Leeds’ UCL campaign ended with a SF 2nd leg defeat here in 2001. Our 4th visit to Spain that season! Happy days #lufc #mot #alaw

I’d implore anyone visiting NI to get in touch with the wonderful gents at the Belfast Celtic Museum and arrange a visit. They’re preserving the rich history of the club and deserve the support of as many people as possible. I visited on Monday, simply outstanding!
