When people like Thomas Sowell say that more Europeans were brought to North Africa than West and Central Africans were brought to the colonies, he is trying to frame a narrative. He is downplaying our MAAFA and presenting slavery as a universal human endeavor. White nationalists often do this by bringing up the indentured servitude of the Irish or slavery in Ancient Rome and Greece. They ignore the uniqueness of chattel slavery by neglecting the fact that it was hereditary and permanent. They also ignore that, under chattel slavery, race became the organizing principle. It is also one reason Sowell limits his count to Africans brought to the colonies. Historians generally agree that roughly 12.5 million Africans were transported to the Americas, with more than 2 million dying during the voyage and never reaching their destination. Under chattel slavery, people were treated as movable capital, and insurance policies were often taken out on them. Even after slavery was abolished, it simply changed forms through systemic oppression that maintained the structural position of Black people at the bottom of society through Black Codes, convict leasing, sharecropping, segregation, and other discriminatory systems. Would Sowell ever make the false equivalence of saying that, because concentration camps existed before the Holocaust, any instance of people being placed in camps is comparable to what happened in Nazi Germany? I highly doubt it. Sowell is a clown and a tool for white nationalists.

Israel doesn't have to abide by the peace deal and can keep attacking Lebanon. So, only a ceasefire for one side. 2. We have to take out all the enriched uranium on day one, not in the second stage. 3. All Middle Eastern countries have to betray the Palestinians and sign Abraham Accords to normalize relations with Israel without ending the occupation. These are purposely impossible, so that the war continues. And Israel is bombing Lebanon heavily now to try to reignite the war.
