I'm not Canadian, but my wife is... I've been watching this entire situation with the ostriches, and what's happening is appalling.
This is precisely the time for the strong men of Canada to stand up and physically oppose the actions and wrongdoings of your government.
Few times in history, perhaps not even as often as once a lifetime, there will come a time such as this where men will need to make a stand and say enough is enough. Even if that means dying to get your point across.
It is bewildering to this red-blooded American that I am, to witness what is happening to this family and their birds. The very idea that the government has even gotten to this point in their effort to exterminate these birds, this families livelihood, should boil the blood of every single Canadian and American who knows of it.
The birds are now in the last phase before it's too late to make a stand. The time for protests and words is over. The time to fight is upon you. Don't let tomorrow come to bring regret... let it bring action and change. Put your government in its place. Remind them that they work to serve you and your people, not the other way around.
While you're at it, establish gun rights and never let this garbage happen again. It's a slippery slope from here forward if you choose to do nothing.
Common sense... those birds are completely healthy. Your government agency that wants to cull them is retarded... fix them.
If I was there, this would be a hill I'd die on... imagine, this could happen to you next.
Can any of you 👇 shed some light on this situation?
