Baker is full of đŸ’©. His investigative trail is nonsense. A lot of people in the J6 community knew Ms Kerkhoff’s name before his 11/8/2025 article, including me. Why don’t you sycophants ask him if he subjected anyone else to this gait analysis? Or Brian Cole to the analysis? Or why he couldn’t get a third party to go on the record and confirm it? He always dodges these questions. And you’re not the least bit curious? His entire theory is built of a series of anonymous sources. The gait program, the individual who ran it, the now two senior DOD targeting analysts, none of these people can be named. Why? And absent this anonymous evidence you stooges are not the least bit concerned about, he has nothing. The whole “she’s an innocent victim” and “there’s no malice” is a last minute dodge to try and avoid culpability in her defamation suit against him. It took him months to come up with that theory. How do I know? I asked him back months ago how the pipe bombs fit into the “fedsurrection” and he wouldn’t answer. His theories are always evolving. It won’t work.

Section 702 of FISA was not renewed yesterday and there is so much disinformation, including in places like the WSJ and NYP. Briefly; 702 was not ended, it was just not re-authorized. It still runs, as is, for another year which gives Congress 363 more days to re-authorize it. They never do anything until the last minute. 702 is not FISA, it's a sub-section of FISA. Most of FISA remains as it's been for 40 years. Neither FISA, nor 702 is required to collect communications overseas. That's been going on since there were communications, and spies. It's not required if an overseas entity passively calls a U.S. person. FISA and 702 involve targeting. A FISA search warrant is required to pro-actively capture the communications of a U.S. Person domestically. It has nothing to do with 702, (except some of auditing and other administrative-triva.) The most controversial part of 702 is the 702 database: 1. Currently ALL the metadata from overseas communications to the U.S. , no matter how innocuous, is captured in the database. 2.. The "Three Hop" rules allows for metadata three communications away from that U.S.-based communication to be captured in the database. 3. There is no judicial requirements, only "rules" about searching that data base. Before they got caught, the FBI was searching the database of U.S. Persons millions of times a year including by lawyers and analysts. How to fix 702: 1. Only FBI special agents, not lawyers or analysts, can search the 702 database with a subpoena (low standard of evidence,) from a federal magistrate or judge. Emergency exceptions w/authority from the FBI Director and Deputy Director. 2. Eliminate the Three-Hop rule. If there is reasonable suspicion (low standard as well,) a U.S. Person contacted from overseas is in contact with follow-on subjects, require an additional subpoena to capture that metadata. In-depth article I wrote going on three years ago when this came up last time. fxregan.substack.com/p/702-r

This is unbelievable. Jasmine Crockett is a demon. Period.
Let me get this straight: Jasmine Crockett is claiming that because Karmelo only stabbed Austin ONCE, he's somehow blameless? "He ended up hitting Austin one time... two inches. This wasn't someone who said, 'Hey, let me stab you, five, six, seven times.'"

Hi Alex. Today is June 5, 2026 and Kash Patel has still not been fired. It has been 64 "todays" (OVER TWO MONTHS!) since you said Kash Patel was being fired "today." This is what you get for trusting Kyle Seraphin. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I rarely write two Sub$ ack columns in a row, but this story is too good to skip. Go see my theory on why, so far the CIA officer has not been charged with theft. Link below.

For all I know, Baker is a trust fund baby worth millions. My guess is that as a aged late 50s-early 60s tribute band member turned indie journalist who rents a room in a house in NC, that's not the case. He knew he had a losing hand and either couldn't or wouldn't spend money on a lawyer. He'll walk away claiming he was right all along, playing the OJ Simpson "I'm still looking for the actual J5 pipe bomber" and blaming the CIA-backed law firm for his troubles.

Unfortunately, @SteveBakerUSA's net worth is probably zero dollars.
Reporter Steve Baker published a report on The Blaze identifying Shauni Kerkhoff, a former Capitol police officer, as the Jan 6 pipe bomber. When she sued him for defamation, he didn't respond. A clerk entered a default judgment against Baker today.

There is no “list”. There has never been a list. The “collection of names” came up in the Maxwell trial. There is an exhibit under seal and Maxwell explain what it was in the interview with Blanche. This has always been an invention of the plaintiffs’ lawyers in FL who have made millions keeping this fraud/grift alive via social media.
The whole point is that there's nothing to blow open. The last time that Massie read names on the House floor, he defamed four random civilians who had nothing to do with Epstein other than being in a random police lineup with him. Massie was a fraud, a faker, and now he's done

People like this are clearly living in an alternate universe. We have the bomb being planted on video. They either think that that wasn't real or there was another bomb. It's sheer insanity.
It wouldn't shock me if a passing driver or pedestrian captured the bomb being planted. This woman's footage I found interesting (under my other account that was censored for a while: @quaeriste). x.com/Quaeriste/status/17488

I didn't know Epstein -- never met him. But, based on 35 years in the business, and having take an extensive look into most of the available information about Epstein, I'm convinced the "tale" of "Pedo Rapist Island" and an "Epstein Client List" was almost entirely a creation of the South Florida Plaintiffs' Lawyers who have sued Epstein, his Estate, and financial institutions for nearly two decades on behalf of young women, and have extracted hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements by keeping that narrative going. Massie's efforts re the Epstein DOJ files were entirely a political operation he mounted against a President he despises -- one he has actively worked to undermine for 10 years while pontificating about "muh principles". He had to look to 214 Democrats to overcome the WH and nearly the entire GOP caucus who knew what would happen if his discharge petition led to a vote. And that is exactly what happened -- the nearly fact- free hysteria led to a burden placed upon DOJ's manpower that was severly debilitating at a time when DOJ was woefully understaffed and was fighting to advance the Trump 2.0 agenda on dozens of fronts. But Massie's efforts to extract retribution for Trump putting a target on his back led to a huge percentage of available DOJ attorneys being pulled off the efforts to fight for the agenda, and anchored them to the mind-numbing project of redacting millions of pages of documents -- nearly all of which do nothing to reveal any organized criminal conspiracy involving sex trafficking or sex crimes by the "elite." He's been full of sheet from the beginning. And those who continue to bleat on about the "Epstein class" only expose themselves as double digit IQ holders gullible beyond belief. Go ahead an unfollow me if I've just described you.

Looks like Steve Baker may not make it to discovery after being sued by the person he accused of being the J5/6 pipe bomber (without showing a single shred of evidence) Shauni Kerkhoff has asked for a default judgment since Baker apparently failed to respond to her lawsuit
Lawsuit? You have no idea what we have. What you have unleashed. Discovery is a b*tch. Bring it.

There's a difference between holding up her account as the gospel truth, and claiming it tells the world something about Massie that he had kept hidden.... And simply noting that Massie is now facing the same kind of substance-lite accusation about his own personal conduct that he lobbed at the "Epstein Clients" in the absence of any evidence at all that there were any such clients. His understanding of that basic fact has been revealed by his repeated hollow threats to go on the House floor and read off their names. ONLY TO HAVE KHANNA SCREW IT ALL UP by naming five men used in an FBI lineup who had NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF IT. Massie's entire play was a scam -- and he knew it. Now he might be getting that same kind of scam put back on him.
How many fools will spread the baseless crock-o-shiite we woke to this morning? MAGA Massie haters just need to remember how you felt and reacted to far worse accusations against Trump. Now, enjoy the rest of your day and direct your contempt with logical and appropriate temperance. 😉

I don't like Massie but these allegations seem VERY conveniently timed (primary May 19). However... These are serious allegations and she appears to have receipts... Giving these allegations far more weight than many of the allegations Massie throws around about "protecting pedophiles." Release the Massie files... He's supposedly about maximum transparency right? Well... If there's nothing to hide, then let's hide nothing!
Community note
The allegations are unverified claims promoted by Eric Deters, Massie's opponent in the 2024 Republican primary who received 11.5% of the vote. facebook.com/detersforkentu

Am I obsessed with the J5 pipe bomb story? Maybe. This is the 9th article I've written on it, and I'm seriously thinking of writing a book, (my first non-fiction,) when all is said and done. @SteveBakerUSA blocked me because I became a threat to his followers, who he does not want to read what I have to say about his theories, so feel free to share widely. Well, well, well. No wonder I've never seen any evidence of autism. It turns out that Brian Cole, Jr. was never diagnosed with it. So much for Steve Baker's "Rain man" theory. đŸ€Ł
The problem the defense has is that it'll never see the courtroom, because it's not really evidence. A third party defense is a stretch and not typical. I've seen no evidence of his "autism" to date. And Baker has never met him. But here we are.

Message to the Monday morning quarterbacks watching surveillance video from their couches eating Cheetos: Next time a lunatic with a shotgun charges a security point at 9 mph — you jump in front of him and take a shotgun blast to the chest. Or better yet, draw your weapon and fire accurate shots with zero reaction time in a room full of people. The potential assassin was stopped. No civilians were harmed. Security did their job. Shut up and go watch football. x.com/FoxNews/status/2050208
