(3/3) Has CPA been receiving deductions of prize money for riders that were never their member? Did CPA let non-members vote in their previous elections? Is it OK to claim you have been representing all riders when you know it is not the case?

(2/3) Asking for a friend: why would you invite riders to become a member that you claim are automatically your member? Does it means riders were never automatically a member and you correct that now? Does it also mean that block voting in history?

(1/3) For the past two years, we have been arguing with @UCI_cycling and @cpacycling over alleged 'automatic membership' for all pro riders, as defended by them. We believe it is nonsense.

The whole relegation issue is a symptom and not the root of the current state of cycling... Teams, riders and organizers combined have a minority in the decision making process, so don't expect change if you don't want to change that structure... #groundhogday #onerideronevote
