@British_Airways BA 123 flight, Left on our own for 19 hours. There is no accommodation and no upgrade. Left to fill in the gaps @British_Airways. Some people also have kids ( some are stuck for over 20 hours). Got generic email, very disappointing!!

One of our founding club members catches a stealth nap. Hour 9 of 18 in The Silver Lounge experience. Missed connecting flights. No hotel and No sleeping facilities in lounge - staff wake you up. Why?
