What I really like about the new Claude Fable is that with low reasoning effort, it's actually pretty neat to chat to.

I think Anthropic forgot that they have a stable version and that it is not even on Claude Opus 4.8 yet.

Anthropic is really afraid to release claude-code 154 (the first with Opus 4.8) to stable.
I guess too many regressions the first few days.

ANTHROPIC 🔥: Mythos 1, "claude-mythos-1-preview", is being prepared for a release on Claude Code and Claude Security.
The model became visible for a short amount of time on Claude; besides that, new strings mentioning Mythos have been added.

It still doesn't mean the general public will have access to this exact model, according to Anthropic's earlier communication.

Codex just moved "review all PRs" behind the Pro paywall. Honestly can't blame them — reviewing every contributor's PR probably wasn't cheap to offer for free.

TYPO3 MCP update: tool tests now run automated against 5 LLMs from 5 vendors. Don't know another MCP that does that.
Bonus finding: probably the only setup where Mistral outscores an OpenAI model.

Dropped our site package into Claude's design feature, got back something that looks uncomfortably close to our actual brand. Then generated a landing page for our TYPO3 MCP server from it. I really like it.

Claude Code stable: none of the recent drama, and apparently a version that doesn't exist in the changelog. Fine by me.
