Steven says his team works with beta listeners for their podcast to figure out the best parts of each episode.
They're even using heatmaps to figure out when listeners get bored.
His team also A/B tests the best trailers for each episode.
Now, not every creator or small business has those kinds of resources.
But anyone can run small tests in their business.
Steven used the example of an author.
They could generate 20 different versions of their book cover.
Then, they could fire up a Facebook or Twitter ad and see what type of cover generates the most clicks.
Go with data, not gut feel.
