Zestimate isn’t a price. It’s an emotional anchor. Don’t argue—swap it with 3 SOLD comps “as-is vs retail.” And if the spread still isn’t there, cut it fast. If you can’t walk, you don’t have enough lead flow.

The weaker the man, the more he resents women As they are the biggest fitnah ie test for men = red pill types are failing that test Screen better, choose better, lead better It’s on you. Resenting women doesn’t change that fact

If you’re wholesaling with low capital - you start with outbound/sms. This is the phase where you’re deep in the trenches - eating glass. It’s monotonous and boring. But it just needs to be done. Once you have capital than you can reinvest back into marketing.

🚨 KEVIN SPACEY SAYS HE’S HOMELESS - AFTER SEX SCANDALS BLEW UP HIS CAREER, HIS MONEY, AND HIS LIFE Kevin Spacey just confirmed something nobody ever expected to hear from a two-time Oscar winner: He is literally homeless. No house. No steady income. Living out of hotels, Airbnbs, and “wherever friends will take me.” He says the “astronomical cost” of fighting years of sexual assault allegations in the U.S. and the U.K. has financially wiped him out, even after being cleared at trial. And it lines up with his emotional 2024 interview with Piers Morgan, where he broke down in tears saying his Baltimore home was headed for auction and he owed millions in legal bills. Netflix dropped him overnight. Work vanished. His reputation never recovered even after multiple acquittals. Spacey says he’s “back to where I started… going wherever the work is,” with all his belongings in storage and no permanent place to live. One of Hollywood’s most shocking downfalls from red carpets to “I literally have no home.” What’s the real reason a man this famous ends up with absolutely nothing?

A woman should never see her man sitting in the same place he was in last time she saw him unless he’s working. Anything else is indeed laziness. He’s scrolling for skin. He should be building trust by keep the list of commitments he’s made to his wife to zero. If it’s time for him to relax because he’s earned it, it should be on a hobby that makes him better. Likely, he hasn’t earned it. If he hasn’t worked out, worked to earn, worked to learn, shared wisdom with his fellow men and children - he has not earned sitting around. This is why women lose respect and this is why women stop enthusiastic sex.
Let’s settle this once and for all. Is it a nagging wife… or a lazy husband? Everybody’s got an opinion, but only one side is carrying the whole house on their back and getting lectured like a child for breathing wrong.

Everyone is complaining about women nowadays What about men nowadays In many men I’ve noticed a huge spike in narcissism, entitlement, putting money and clout above respect, a total lack of a code of honor Basically all the things men complain about in women😅 Projection much

Just spoke with a founder who sold his app for $2M. A few months later, the app is making $20M ARR. He didn't negotiate any earn-outs, royalties, or equity that would allow him to benefit from future value. Being informed to negotiate your exit deal is SO IMPORTANT. Numbers might seem great, but they can be way greater if you actually know what you can ask for!

There is a massive amount of entrepreneurship in this new age of AI. I love to see it, but most of the guys you are seeing showing massive MRRs will blow their wad and disappear without ever building assets of substance. The value of growing your skills in business will only be more valuable going into this new age. It will be what sets you apart. Slow down, breathe through your days and work with intention on your projects. It may seem like it, but it’s not a race. There is nobody to compete with. Your only mission is to -build a vision -break vision into actionable chunks -wake up -execute -go to sleep …and don’t forget to take care of yourself first along the way. You can’t pour from an empty cup.

“More features” is an amateur thought. If you can’t start with an MVP and let your users guide future development you’re going to LOSE. If you are a solopreneur bootstrapping any type of business you MUST growth hack a solidly validated MVP or you will not make it. Especially in this age of AI. The real hard truth is to get better at product discovery and either use gifts you uniquely have to create an edge in niches that have a clear need (and demand) or go back to working for someone else. The real real hard truth - if you’re not seeing results, it has little to do with business and more to do with self-development. The money and success come when you develop yourself through the challenges to curate a mindset of seeing obstacles as opportunities. It is not about seeing others having success by following a certain blueprint and you doing the same and expecting cloned results. The nuances of each decision change the trajectory by a mile. Fail as fast as you can, get up and keep going.

Its true Thomas, I think I need to add more features to make it more attractive to users and turn it vitamin to painkiller(or at least closer to it) And thanks for DM chat, was super nice to hear someone else's opinion

The riches are in the niches. Either you’re real niched down into a market you know well, or you’re well-networked and can outgrow your competitors with speed and leverage. Ideally you do both.

⚠️ harsh feedback You're basically building a SaaS that solves a really low pain point (vitamin product?), in a very crowded market, for an audience that is complicated to convert, and that is easy to rebuild for any developer, especially these days with AI. I think it can still work, but it will probably require more unique features, or a really really good marketing strategy There are a lot of possibilities - Build a more complete product - Partnering with a company/a sales person - Find a unique angle which differenciate you from the crowd, like idk, completely random but "the best announcement tool for chrome extensions" or "the best news sharing tool for small villages" idk 😂. Goal is to be wayyy less generic and have specific customers you can target - you could build a suite of apps for indie hackers - you could pivot - you could start something new

The reason TradWives get so hostile at the suggestion that they stay fit and bang their husbands to be a better alternative to porn is because they hate the thought of having sex with a man they were never really hot for.

People who point to politics, “the market,” or “the economy” as reasons for downturns in their lives are losers—total, unenlightened, one-dimensional losers. If you’re over 20 and don’t yet see the ebbs and flows of life, you’re numb and need to wake up fast. If you’re over 30 and still blame others for your problems, you’re on the brink of being fucked, never to amount to anything. If you’re over 40 and haven’t realized that turning obstacles into opportunities is the whole point (and fun) of life, you’re a peon NPC, only useful as an idiot working toward someone else’s agenda. At any age, if you recognize these habits in your circle, lead aggressively, cut them off, or prepare to become one of them. It’s only you vs. you. That’s it. You are responsible, and you are to blame. Earn credit for the successes you’ll step into—first, not after.

Funny to see these post-wall hags posturing like they still have any value left for any real man of value. Betas will yell “yesss queen” in their comments to try to get their pee pee wet but her energy forcefully tosses away any chance of true happiness. Perfect example of a woman who has totally lost her natural way of being in exchange for higher education and a puppy named Thor.
