Self-care after a #stroke looks different for all survivors. One focus of Stroke Onward is to assist #survivors in establishing a way to care for their mental health. Physical recovery is essential - but so is the Emotional Journey.

Our state uniiversity hospitals in disgraceful state of repair, unsuitable for modern healthcare & treatment of stroke or treatment of older people Hopefully some of 13 billion tax windfall will be used to modernise our hospitals & give patients & staff decent environments .
