David Sacks says Anthropic is building a behavioral profile on you and deciding which AI capabilities you’re allowed to access.
"Agent platforms are storing all of your memories, files, and data and passing them to the model in giant context windows to get better responses. Anthropic is saying it will keep all of that data to build a profile on you, classify you, and then determine what capabilities it unlocks for you."
"The thing that created the most outrage, beyond the surveillance, is that they would degrade the product. They would nerf their models if Anthropic decided in their sole discretion that you are not worthy of having access to that level of information. They're creating a new level of AI haves and have nots."
"They would kick you to a lesser model and not tell you. They would rewrite your prompt in the background, give you a nerfed answer, still charge you for the product you thought you were getting, and never tell you that you weren't getting frontier model capability. That's misleading their users."
