@AvantiWestCoast I hope you can help. Just tried to make aa booking. Payment 'crashed' so booked alternative train and now have 2 reservations for same journey (although 2 different options as 'cheap' ticket had gone. Cannot find phone number anywhere to speak to someone. Thanks

@AvantiWestCoast , guess what. Looks like it happened again!! Tried to book train, crashed after payment. It looks like it is going through as the seat I reserved is not available now but no email confirmation. How long do I have to wait?
