Leadership/culture isn’t found in a book. Reading about them won’t make you a leader. Doing hard things, putting others first & yourself last, giving others credit, listening, offering support, being adaptable, making others feel valued. That’s relationships. That’s leadership!

As parents, we are raising a child not an athlete.
If we focus on making our child accountable for being the best person on the team, not just the best player, he/she will get much more out of sports.
