It’s fair to question Kyrie’s red flags, but my main pushback to this point is the list is inherently slim pickings to begin with.
I’d also point to the advancements in ACL procedures along with the fact that all three of these examples showed signs of decline pre injury.
Kyrie is far better than all of these players, and was not showing any signs of decline pre injury and even made the all star game before getting hurt. Thanks to tanking, Kyrie has had significant time to rehab.

Chauncy Billups Feb 2012, at age 36, returned to play 41 games over the next two seasons
Baron Davis in 2012 playoffs at 32, never played in NBA again, retired
