You know how Fiona Bruce smugly says that the audience is picked to reflect the voting across the country - does that mean that after the GE we'll never have to hear or see a Tory on #BBCQT ever again?

A disturbingly wrong summary from you Jon.

God this is awful. For three years Zelenskyy has been a public relations genius. But this is not how you play Trump.

I'm pretty sure The White House has the most famous home office in the world.

Trump: "I don't think you can work from a home. Nobody is gonna work from home. They are gonna be going out, they're gonna play tennis, they're gonna play golf, they're gonna do a lot of things. They're not working."

I ate some chocolate cake for breakfast. Didn't cure it.
I think #BlueMonday has hit me on Tuesday. Deflated, tired, considering life choices ... I'll be ok after a snack I think. How's everyone doing?

Trump just made it abundantly clear that making Europe weaker through Brexit was one godawful mistake And if you're a Brexiteer who thinks Trump will do anything other than eat the UK for dinner, you're even stupider than we thought

A pretty damning first five years of Brexit, quantified here rather neatly.

What chutzpah! Farage has the gall to complain “We are getting poorer” without a scintilla of shame that Brexit has played a key role in our impoverishment @bbclaurak

Unless you are willing to say that Farage was wrong about Brexit - and really wrong about Brexit - you will not be able to beat him. That applies to whatever other party you’re in.

The main obstacle now to rejoining the EU (which even MPs realise would solve a lot of problems) is the idea that democracy happened in 2016 and that changing things would not be respecting democracy. This is stopping MPs and some remainers from supporting change. So irrelevant as it may seem today, it is l vital to demonstrate that the 2016 referendum carries no legitimacy and that Brexit was based on lies.

We don’t need a reset with the EU, we just need to apply to join. There has NEVER been a majority to leave and the powers that were took us out on an illegitimate vote. The whole disaster needs to be declared illegal. #RejoinEU #BrexitCrime
2025 is set to be the year the true cost and damage of #Brexit hit hard None of the benefits, including controlling immigration, that chief Brexiteers promised are based on facts Unless politicians pursue a proper reset, younger generations will pay dearly - not only for our economy and trade, but because it is a geopolitical imperative

I'd sign up to that.
Tempted to register a new political party… Call it something like: ‘Just decent people, no bells’ Then invite my followers to join it so we can overtake Reform…

As true today as it ever was.
Brexit has made this country mad. It’s lost its bearings, its sense of priorities, its morality. We give airtime to liars and fraudsters. We’ve turned against each other. Our politicians are actively deceiving us for their own ends and so many just don’t care.

Tice is evidently a man without principle. If the money is for someone else - bad. If the money is for him - good. It's difficult to think of a way that Tice could perfectly show that he - and Reform - have absolutely no principles. Or shame.

Which statement best represents Reform’s view? 2018: Tice on Soros donation “He doesn't live here. He doesn't pay taxes here. What right has he got to interfere with our democracy?" 2024: Tice on Musk - “If Mr Musk can legally donate... We'd be delighted." 🙄
