I remember PD Bunty visiting our office at @CNC_Sellafield as a young puppy. Great to see she's now one of our highly trained detection dogs helping us to undertake our mission to protect the public by safeguarding nuclear material.

Last week I jointly hosted a visit by His Majesty's Lord Lieutenant, Vice Lord Lieutenant & several Deputy Lieutenants for Cumbria. The party observed @CNCFirearmsDept conduct training, visited officers at the @CNC_Sellafield OPU & watched a demo by @CNCDogs. @nuclearpolice

Elizabeth was a PC on C Section at Sellafield when I started in CNC. She was always a very kind and thoughtfull person. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace.

We've welcomed back over 200 officers from across the CNC who have been deployed as part of Operation London Bridge.
Deployments included Westminster Hall where the Queen was lying in state, the Long Walk at Windsor and Stanstead Airport.
