What have I been up to?! 1) Focus on deep work A season of heads-down forward attack on my project list meant deprioritizing social. 2) Building teams Currently building a marketing department & sales department from the ground up (while managing shipping, wholesale & CX).

Wow just caught up on the @ecommercefuel annual predictions EP. So fascinating. A couple of my thoughts: 1. I agree with @youderian that everything takes longer than we think. 2. I'm using AI already in my day-to-day work (credit @BillDA). Mostly marketing copy so far.

4. Shipping is hard 🫠 I'm used to working at a desk all day. I was not prepared for sore muscles and destroyed fingers. Thank you to all those involved in the fulfillment side of this DTC thing. You keep our machines running by doing the hard work day in and day out.
