Gym peeps, I’ve been on a lean bulk for 10 weeks & gained 4lbs in weight
I’ve got a holiday in 5 weeks time, where I want to look my best for the beach

Best thing I’ve done in a long time is switching to exercising at 5.30am!
I never really found the time at lunchtime or after work.
Now I set my alarm for 4.45 or 5am and train 5.30-6.45am and I’m home by 7am

Gonna keep banging home this point:
If you work a 9-5, you’ve got a spouse, you’ve got kids, etc.
Building the gym into your AM (pre work) schedule may be the ONLY WAY to raise your adherence to where it needs to be to drive meaningful/sustainable results
Better to just accept this and act accordingly than it is to fight it for years and years to the tune of little-no progress

Just been to look at a new gym about 15-20 min drive away from my house. It blows my current gym out of the water but the current one is only 5 minute walk away.
I think I’m going to go for it though. They are offering the first month for £10 and no joining fee
