Car appear to take out a pole with a very large response. Appeared to shut down 36 westbound for at least a temporary time. (Came through about 10 minutes ago)

Browns have played in 3 playoff games since 2020. Even WON a playoff game!!! That’s more than all the other 3 teams combined. So quit saying they are always the worst because that’s just not factual.

Two years ago I was 327 pounds and my #A1C was 9.7. Something had to change or I was going to end up like dad — in a pine box by 55. Meds helped but we’ve changed diet, working on the exercise component and making this the best life. #dexcomwarrior

Using this one in West Jefferson as an example. Three buildings with a total square feet of 559,314 and top employment is 100 people. That’s one person per ~5,500 square feet. Or for a typical suburban lot … 2 people would be working on you 1/4 lot.

I am at a loss on the love affair some places have with data centers. They take up massive amounts of space, use extreme amounts of power, and add virtually nothing to the community’s income. West Jefferson had a potential $1B data center cancelled …

Cocinamos Bakery & Bistro in #DelawareOhio has closed its doors. Sad news to hear they put a lot of heart and soul into the location.

Just saw three side-by-sides for sale in about five miles. The #toys are going for sale, another real world sign the economy is not as strong as we are being led to believe.
