And the guy was able to fix it for him.

Speaking about subscription
This account was a premium account for 2 months after which I did not renew cause of same issue you are facing.
But it was later rectified by @NOBFixx on twitter and activated Grok service which would renew
40% off of premium... I would settle for getting what I paid for! Active subscription but not getting benefits. Submitted a ticket a week ago via support centre and nothing...

They routinely do this for reasons that no one understands. Just contact (email) twitter and tell them that you want to appeal their decision or perhaps contact there employee @nobfixx he works for Twitter X
