Serious question for three of my favorite food follows; @TurnBucklBBQ @smokefatsalt and @ChefGruel. Are people just preferring beef over turkey or are we tired of dry turkey. I smoked one and roasted another this year to 165 and they were not dry at all. Sometimes I wet brine but this year I dry brined. Both work.
